Damn United sucks, how hard can it be to offer peanuts in a lounge? or have power sockets near the comfortable chairs? I mean, I miss the excellent steaks, champagne and massage that Virgin gives me, but I know not to expect that, I do however expect some sense, and lack of power plugs is not sensible.

Compared to American, United is great

Which lounge were you in? I've been in an awful lot of United lounges, and some are better than others. The big ones in SF and Denver are pretty nice (and of course in Germany they let you into the Lufthansa ones too, which always have gummy bears). American Airlines lounges are *really* sucky...old beaten up chairs and not much else...except in their hubs (like Chicago). Maybe that's the deal...depends on how much you travel through the hubs. Virgin is great in London, but how is their service in Delhi?
